Introduction
I am a friendly and confident 29 year old woman who is an experienced English teacher and project manager. I have experience of working with children and young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
I am currently a Language Assistant, working in a secondary school- • Supporting the teaching of English, including planning activities and producing resources to help students improve their English.
• Introducing UK contemporary culture in the classroom and support the running of international projects.
I am also an English Teacher in Sant Cugat-
• Planning and delivering English lessons to classes of 10 students, age 6-9, through games, arts & crafts, singing and dancing, theatre, yoga and baking
Other experience includes working with adults with special needs and Project manager for young refugees and asylum seekers with complex needs:
• Project management of a weekly youth club, study group and a monthly workshop programme in partnership with a range of organisations and services across London
• Managing a team of volunteers, including recruitment, induction, supervision and training
• Leading and conducting monitoring and evaluation of projects
• Grant proposals and reporting
