My name is Novie. I am 27 years old and I am from the Philippines. I am very excited about the opportunity to become an au pair and to be part of a kind and loving host family.
I first learned about the au pair program through social media, and after doing my own research, I became even more interested in it. I truly love children and enjoy spending time caring for them, which is why becoming an au pair feels like a perfect fit for me.
I would describe myself as a hardworking, trustworthy, patient, and responsible person. I take my responsibilities seriously and always do my best to support and care for the people around me. I am also willing and able to help with light household chores related to childcare and daily family life.
I have experience caring for children within my family, including my nieces and nephews, from infancy and toddlerhood to their early teenage years. Through these experiences, I have learned how to be attentive, patient, and understanding of children at different stages of development. I enjoy playing with them, helping them with their homework, supporting their daily routines, and even attending school events when their parents were unable to do so. In addition, I have experience as a tutor, as I helped teach my neighbors’ children while their parents were busy at work.
I speak English fluently, as I currently work in customer service for a US-based retail company. This experience has helped me develop strong communication skills. I am also very willing and motivated to learn my future host family’s language in order to communicate better and integrate well into your culture and daily life.
