Dear host family

I am Linet,26 years old from Kenya.
I am single and have no kids.I have two elder sisters and live in a village with our oldest an her kids.

Currently, I take care of my sister's kids;Wilson 14,Joy 9, Victor 1.5 years old.We love going for walks.

My hobbies are biking,going for walks,working in the garden, reading,listening to music, volunteering and learning things in the internet.

I speak Swahili,English and basic German.

I have an Environmental studies community development degree.

I am reliable, respectful, empathetic and takes initiative.

I have enough childcare experience since my teenage years.I java taken are of my friends, neighbors an relatives kids.

After my graduation I volunteered in a Child advocacy NGO.

We did various activities such as beadwork,football,playing with blocks,computer games,cooking,helping the kids to write letters to sponsors,skating, swinging and singing games.
I have seen all the emotions kids express,made emergency runs to the hospital and done home visits to kids living in poverty and HIV/aids.

I am not a smoker and have no animal allergies.At times I take care of my mom's dog.

I get along with kids very well and can;

1.Comfort kids when they are sick or upset
2.Clean the kids room and place away toys after they are done playing
3.I can't take kids to the library,park, hospital or shopping.
4.Play with kids and help them with homework.
5.Put kids to sleep and change diapers.
6.Go shopping for the family ( fruits and vegetables)
7.Take part in cultural immersion activities
8.Supervise workers that come to the house( plumbers and window cleaners)
9.Prepare easy parent approved meals

I would like to be an aupair for the following reasons;

1.I love kids and like spending time with them.Thats why I volunteered in a chil advocacy Organisation.

2.I really look forward to experiencing the Danish culture fully

3.I am an outdoors person and would like to experience th mountains,forests,sees,food and take part in festivals.
