Hello! My name is Elizabeth. I am a single parent to an enthusiastic and kind 4-year old boy. From ages 1-3, my son and I were in England, however we have been temporarily displaced back in the United states for a little over a year now. Due to our displacement, my son may be a little behind in preschool education, however he LOVES to learn and play, and is very social, silly and sweet.

We also have two older, well-behaved dogs who will be joining us later in the year. They shed a lot, but are lazy and gentle.

Ideally, I'd like to find someone who can catch A up a bit with required expectations in preparation for school, as well as someone who can nurture his creativity and imagination. Food, toys, and activities would be provided. I have always parented through communication, age-appropriate explanation and teaching critical thinking. I'd like for those methods to be continued in my stead, but it's okay to be firm when necessary. It doesn't happen often, and A is a very good listener.

Teaching him a second language as able would be a bonus, but not mandatory. :)
