You surely get a lot of letter from prospective Au Pairs, but rest assured, you will not regret to listen about my reasons why I want to become your Au Pair. I would love to become your next Au Pair because I love children and enjoy spending time with them. As a Filipino, the eldest of the siblings usually responsible to look after and take care their the younger siblings and also I used to looked after my first cousins once removed that's why I am prepared and I am well aware of the fact that being like a big sister for your children comes along with responsibilities for them and it will not always be just play and fun. I really love spending time with my whole family. I will always treasure every moments we had. My calm and patient personality will help me to master more difficult situations for instance when the kids are tired or don’t want to listen to me. But I am sure that I will adapt to the new tasks and daily routine quickly and become a big help for you. Living with me is really easy as I am not a demanding person. I do respect that the house is your house and that I have to follow your house rules. If something works not quite as it should, I prefer to talk instead of ignoring things. As an au pair, I will have to be on top of my own tasks, but also work with the schedules of my host kids and host parents – and make sure that everything runs according to plan! This can prove to be tricky, especially when there are young children involved. My au pair year will therefore be the perfect opportunity for me to practice my organizational skills. After my experience, I will come back home knowing how to build a schedule, effectively manage my own tasks and make sure that they integrate well with others’ and address the unexpected with a rational mindset – and with a bulletproof practical sense!
