Dear Host family,
First of all I would like to thank you for taking some time out of your busy schedule to read my letter in which I would like to introduce myself and tell something about my family, work experience, my hobbies, my hopes and expectations abroad.
My name is Marissa, 28 years of age and currently residing in Pasay City Philippines. I was born on October 15,1994 in small town of Cordon, province of Isabela Philippines.
I am creative and ambitious young woman because I have a lot of ideas about my future. I am so well determined and vigorous individual, yet pleasantly calm. I encourage myself to fight for what I desire and believe in by doing it through God because I know nothing great comes easy and with God everything is possible.
In my spare time, I love to listen to alternative music, watch movies, make sweet desserts and hang out with my friends. I also love to travel and explore the wonders of nature.
I have a happy childhood living with my parents and siblings. There are 5 members in my family which includes my parents, me being the eldest, my sister, one brother. My father Elmer is a farmer here in the Philippines. While my mother Marilyn is a domestic helper abroad. My sister May was a civil engineer graduate and currently employed while waiting for the date of her board exam. My first brother Arnel is a freelancer at the same time helping my father in mananging our little farm. I have a very loving and happy family.
I graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Management Accoutning at Isabela State University, Isabela Philippines.
Now I am currently an office employee in a private company here in Pasay City Philippines.
During my spare time in weekends Im spending it with my 4 nephews, the son of my first cousin, An eleven year old which was the oldest ( Aeron) , another one is Alfei the second born child, third one is Aljur the very jolly and mood one and the last one is Jesse an eight month old baby boy. I love spending my time with them during weekend we do playing outside, cooking together, or swimming in their little inflatable pool. Whenever there parents have some errands to do we were the one watching them while their parents are away me and my younger sister (May).
I would love to become your next aupair because I love children and I love spending time with them. I am prepared and well aware of the fact that being a big sister to your child/children takes along with greater responsibility. I am well aware the fact that it will not always be just play and fun. My calm and patient personality will help me master - up more difficult situations (for instance when the kids are tired, don't want to listen to me). I am sure that I will easily adapt to the new tasks and daily routine and be of a great help for you.
It is also a great dream of mine to live, work and wander around Europe for I want to experience the culture of European Countries especially I want to see a real tullips and visit the amsterdam of Netherland. I can combine it with a wonderful and interesting job; to take care of your child/children and be part of your family. I am anticipating that it will become a reality soon.
