Dear host family,
My name is Grace Lyn, but my friends and family call me Lyn. I am a 21 years old girl and I live in Banilad, a small town in Bacong, a beautiful and friendly country in Philippines.
I am an open-minded, hard-working, easy-going, dedicated, trustworthy, helpful, patient, and responsible person. I love taking care of kids and their health, safety, and happiness are the most important to me.
When I was Senior High I take Caregiver and I got my NC II certificate then in college I pursuing taking Midwifery while working as a Caregiver.I love taking care kids or Adult who are unwell that is why I choice this programs. I like traveling, learning new languages and different cultures, meeting new people, and definitely making memories. My very calm, collected, patient, and quick learning always comes in handy when dealing with challenging situations.
I would describe my strength as an Aupair as the ability to bond really well with kids and also blending in very easily and as a result being able to be their friend, sister or mentor in different aspects of life. On the other hand, I would describe my weakness as an Aupair is that I have a hard time letting go of something or someone because I get too attached to children especially and hence becomes emotionally hard to detach from them
I am searching for a host family, that would be happy to have me as part of the family, be kind, welcoming and who are willing to learn new culture and language. I am looking for a long time stay with my host family, for 6 months or more depending on the connection formed with the family.
