Dear Future Host Family,
I’m a kind, caring, and cheerful young lady with a warm and friendly personality. I would love to take care of your children and be a helpful part of your family.
I have close to 7 years of experience caring for children of different ages in my home country and would like to become an au pair to gain more experience in childcare. In the long run, I want to be a Pediatric Nurse, and being an au pair would give me more experience and a good foundation for my future career because I believe I need to learn more about childcare from a different cultural background while learning and experiencing a new culture.
During my childcare experience, I helped prepare meals, bathe and dress the children, play educational and fun activities with them, help with homework when needed, and make sure they felt safe, happy, and well cared for.
I am currently doing First Aid training, which helps me feel more prepared and responsible when caring for children. I can swim very well, ride a bicycle, and I am also a good driver. I do not yet have a valid driver’s license, but I am planning to get one before my arrival.
I adapt easily to new families and respect different home routines. I would describe myself as playful, warm, reliable, and someone who brings a peaceful and positive presence into the home.
I have completed German A1, and I am currently continuing with A2. I am motivated to keep improving so I can communicate better and be more connected in daily life.
For me, being an au pair is not just about helping with children, but about becoming part of a family, sharing daily life, and building a real connection. I would love for your children to feel safe and comfortable with me, like I am an older sister they can rely on.
