Hi there! I am a Canadian who travelled to Europe for the first time a year ago and fell in love with the culture. I recently graduated with a degree in Human kinetics with a personal training certification. During my time I volunteered with an 8 year old paraplegic to help with her exercise training. I became apart of their family and built such an amazing bond with her. She is the most experience I have with building a relationship with a child and has sparked an interest in becoming an Au Pair.
I am currently completing a post-graduate degree in Athletic Therapy and am a certified first responder. I am fully trained on how to keep people safe and how to respond to any emergency. As an athletic therapist, I am put into positions of authority with vulnerable athletes which has taught me how to effectively build rapport and trust with younger people.
I am very excited to find my first Au Pair family because I think there is something truly amazing about meeting people from all over the world and experiencing a completely different culture than what I have here in Canada.
My friends and family would describe me as a very passionate, outgoing and open person. I love hard and believe that respect is earned. I grew up with not a lot in life which taught me grit and appreciation.
I look forward to meeting all the families and moving to Europe this summer!
