Hello! My name is Heidi and I am looking for a live in au pair position in Hawaii for 2024. I graduated with my BA from UNLV in 2018. I love to read, cook, and exercise. I have 8 years experience in childcare, for the past 4 years I have worked as a clinical RBT with children who have autism. My specialty was in early intervention (ages 2-4). I have all sorts of experience working with behavioral disorders. I have worked with ages 2-19 as an RBT. my experience is play based and child led, children learn best through play. I love to bake and cook, during quarantine I took up bread making and I am very proud of my little sour dough starter. I consider myself very neat and I am good at getting the children involved in helping out around the house. I am cpr and BLS certified, and am willing to go through a background check if required. My background applies to kids on the spectrum as well. I can create all sorts of fun activities to do with the kiddos! I have a nose ring that can be removed and one small tattoo on my left arm that can be covered up easily.
