I am a very gentle, calm caregiver, having some experience with immobility myself long ago, I understand the necessity for integrity and respect when entering someone’s home to support them in living a valued life while needing special assistance. I have experience working with dementia, Alzheimer’s, digestive issues, PTSD, Diabetes, and some immobility as well. I have extensive training in trauma and can help co regulate without them even knowing that I am helping them settle down and can help someone up from the ground after a fall with care to not cause further damage, and integrity with everything I do so they don’t not feel burdened upon. I’m an excellent listener, and my 2 small sweet fluffy dogs (who don’t shed, are super clean and well behaved) provide excellent company and laughter to even those who don’t typically love animals. They are very calm, sleep most of the day, except for our regular outings, and don’t destroy anything ever. Mina will only ask for cuddles and affection with a little paw, and big eyes, and together they are a combined 10 kgs of which they can both fit on my lap.
