I was a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for an international airline (PHILIPPINE AIRLINES). The work involves receiving calls, checking of flight status, creating bookings of passengers and adding airline ancillary request.I was then hired as a CONTENT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST for a shared services company for LEXISNEXIS. I was responsible for evaluation and research of legal content that is put online. Our team constantly has calibration meetings with our SME at Dayton, Ohio. This work also taught me to bring out Continuous Improvement Initiative annually. After 7 years in this position I got certified for 6 processes at law operations department. Since I want to explore other job posting in our company I got lateral promotion to Sales and Marketing Department. My new role is a LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST. Our client target are solo law practitioner and small law firms. I get a small commission whenever sales opportunities are marked as closed deals. We use SALESFORCE as CRM. Aside from this, I was certified as an AGILE ASSOCIATE last month.I am also fond of travelling, hence I know how to organize flight schedule and booking of hotels with exceptional ratings.
