I come from a beautiful countryside in Kiambu Kenya known for its green tea farms, gardens, forests and rivers. I would describe myself as a reliable, friendly, positive, hardworking, patient and open-minded person. I enjoy learning new things, meeting new people and experiencing different cultures and ways of life.
I am a very devout Christian and my faith is an important part of my life. It guides my values, behaviours and the way I treat others with respect, kindness, and honesty. It shapes all my life decisions and has played a big role in becoming the person I am today.
In my free time, I enjoy taking walks, doing DIY activities,mind games, debates ,reading and trying out new hobbies. I also enjoy quiet and meaningful moments that help me grow personally.
I would love to become your next au pair because I genuinely enjoy being around children and supporting their daily lives. I understand that being an au pair is not only about play and fun but also responsibility, patience and consistency. My calm and patient personality helps me handle challenging situations especially when children are tired or need guidance.
My experience with children started within my family especially when I helped care for my young cousin at a very early age, where I learned how to feed, clean and care for a baby.
I have gained several years of professional experience working in household and childcare related roles abroad. I worked in Saudi Arabia for two years(2021-2024) and in Oman for two years(2024-2026) where I supported families with household duties and also cared for children as part of my daily responsibilities.
Through this experience, I learned how to manage routines, maintain a clean and organized home and support children with patience and care. I also developed important skills such as responsibility, time management and adaptability in different family environments and cultures.
I would like to become an au pair abroad because I enjoy working closely with children and being part of their daily growth and development. I also see this as a valuable opportunity to experience a new culture, improve my communication skills and grow personally through real family life.
For me, being an au pair is not just a job, but a meaningful experience where I can contribute to a family while also learning and growing as a person.
