My name is Lee, I’m 23 years old and I’m from Austria.

I currently work as the manager of a kids’ club at a four-star superior hotel, where I’ve been caring for children of different ages for over two years. My job has taught me how to create a fun, safe, and caring environment while also handling responsibility, solving problems calmly, and supporting children with patience and empathy.

One of the biggest reasons I want to become an au pair is to improve my English. I speak the language fluently, but over the years I developed a lack of confidence when speaking it and I also wanna experience a life in another country.

I would describe myself as kind, reliable, calm, open-minded, and very reflective. I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, baking bread, listening to music, and learning about psychology and personal growth.

I love encouraging children’s independence, creativity, and confidence while making sure they always feel safe, respected, and understood. I would be happy to help with everyday routines, play games, do crafts, go swimming, spend time outside or simply be someone your children can trust and have fun with.
