For being honest I have never been a personal assistant. But I am sure I have the skill needed for any job. I worked for two years as an air operations officer manager for a private (VIP) FBO in an international airport. Which it means I was on charge of leading the ground team (17 people) to ensure the safety of the aircraft and the operation, meanwhile our VIP customers enjoy of the bes service. My activities: -Coordinate all the experience, customer service. To ensure a great experience for all our VIP customers. We received mostly artist, singers, Djs, business and government people. I was the first person they met at the FBO and was on charge to full fill their expectations. -Coordinate with the pilot of the aircraft. The flight plan, manifest of cargo and balance of the aircraft, meteorological report of route, destination and alternate airports. -Coordinate all the different parties and services needed in landings and departures. Including pilots, customs, flight attendants, airport officers and on. After two years I left my awesome job at the airport. I really loved it. For going on an adventurous and learning trip in Costa Rica. Where I was able to practice what I had had learned at the university. I joined a group of international professionals to build from zero a great sustainable touristic experience in the heart of the jungle. Where a wise indigenous community live in. We help them to build a sustainable village and gave them the tools to them be able to manage this new wave of green tourism coming their way. But most of all I learned a lot about tourism and how to make a tired but excited tourist feel happy and like home. Because I learned from the indigenous families, whom make me always feel that way. They taught me about service, empathy and hard work. When back in my country I graduated and started to work full time in the company where I made my internship. The biggest bioenergy company in México. During the year of my internship I was mainly doing administrative support for the CEO. I helped him with everything from booking a flight to have meetings with customers in his name. When working full time In the company I took the position of project manager where I was on charge to overhaul the new business opportunities knocking our door. And develop them until they were mature enough, so I can pass them on to a new manager. I helped develop two new companies and grow our main bioenergy company. My Activities : -Design and development of new projects -Design and development business strategy -Project manager. -Research in the sustainability and energy sector. -Data collection. -Analyze business needs. -Validate solutions. Other professional experiences -Good experience in contact skills gained during the development of an environmental education program. Teaching children of public elementary schools all around the state. -Good communication in public, gained by giving courses and conferences on entrepreneurship and sustainability. Therefore I am sure I have the managing skill needed to assist anyone on their track on success while I work on mine.
