Hello! My name is Yolanda, I am 30 years old and from Mozambique. I am an organised, reliable and proactive professional with more than 9 years of experience across administration, business management, IT support, sales and customer service.

I have experience managing daily operations, organising schedules and tasks, communicating with clients and suppliers, handling documents and records, coordinating purchases, monitoring inventory, preparing budgets and supporting general administrative activities. As a business owner, I have also been responsible for planning, procurement, stock control, cash-flow and expense management, staff supervision and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

My previous administrative experience has taught me to work independently, prioritise tasks and handle confidential or sensitive information responsibly. I am comfortable communicating by phone, email and messaging platforms, arranging appointments, following up with people, organising information and ensuring that deadlines and commitments are not forgotten.

I also have a background in IT and technical support.
