Family's Introduction to Nanny

We have two energetic girls looking for a new nanny, our current nanny is retiring back to her home country. The job is shift work based but because of this expect more days off per month. We have a nice villa in Jumeirah with large garden and private maids with separate entrance.

We are an Australian family with two girls aged 2.5 and 4.5 years old. The older child goes to school and the younger one will start school next September. We are looking for a Nanny to look after our children when we are at work, and the house when we are at home. My husband and I are both shift workers and may be out of the country at the same time. Generally we are away 2 to 3 nights per month at the same time.
We are looking for live in or live out but either way you would need to be available to stay when we are both outside of the country.
Pay is commiserate with experience. Please message for further information.
