We are a warm and welcoming family based in Dubai, blessed with two lovely girls (3 and 5 years old). We are currently seeking an individual to join our family as a dedicated support member.
Job Description:
Role Overview:
As a member of our household team, your primary responsibilities will include cooking, maintaining a clean and organized home environment, and occasionally caring for our children.
Childcare:
Our children are in nursery until 3 pm, which provides you with the opportunity to focus on daily housekeeping and dinner preparation until their return. Once the children are back home, you will assist with their care, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Working Hours:
Your working hours will generally span from 7 am to 8 pm. During the midday hours, you will have time to rest after completing your daily household chores. This schedule offers you a balanced work-life arrangement.
Time Off and Holidays:
You will have one day off per week.
Additionally, you will be entitled to at least 4 weeks of paid holiday leave every year.
A flight ticket to your home country will be provided once a year.
We follow muslim public holidays, as per the rules of the country. However, we might ask you to take those days, when we are traveling anyways (we usually travel in winter and summer).
Qualifications:
A genuine love for children is essential, as our kids are our top priority.
Trustworthiness and reliability are key attributes we seek in our ideal candidate.
Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable, as it will facilitate effective communication with the children.
