Our family is self-employed and work in the real estate industry. With a busy schedule and a family business, we are exploring the option to have a live-in nanny/housekeeper hybrid. All three boys are in school, so we would need help getting the kids to school in the morning, then taking care of them after school. We’d love someone who will feel like a part of our family. We need help with managing the home, by keeping it clean and tidy, and managing the kids when they are not in school. We’d love to have someone who also enjoys cooking for the family.
With the extra help, my husband and I can focus on growing our business and enjoying more quality time with our kids instead. We want to be fair with time and a paid salary, while also providing meals and a spacious bedroom with a private balcony overlooking a beautiful neighborhood. We would provide a car for errands and for you to use when you are enjoying your days off. Our family holds very strong Christian values and would love to have someone that would share our beliefs so that it is easier for our boys and culture within our home. I am 38, my husband is 37 and my sons are all three under 10 years old. School is from 7:30-3:00, so the afternoons are mostly free each day. We are new to the idea of an in-house nanny and housekeeper but are open to this experience if we meet the right person. We are hoping that this will be a blessing for both the nanny and our family that leads to years of friendship!
