Hello! My name is Dunia, I am 27 years old, and I truly enjoy working with children.

I started caring for children when I was 19 years old and gained experience with families in both England and Switzerland. I naturally build strong connections with children and enjoy creating a warm, safe, and positive environment where they can learn, play, and feel comfortable.

I am responsible, patient, and organized. I enjoy helping with homework, creating educational games and fun activities, reading stories, and encouraging children’s curiosity and development. I am also happy to assist with light household tasks, grocery shopping, and preparing simple, healthy meals.

I consider myself a versatile person. I have plenty of energy for outdoor activities, games, and creative play, but I also know how to provide a calm and peaceful atmosphere when it’s time to study, relax, or go to bed.

I have lived in several countries, which has helped me become adaptable, open-minded, and respectful of different cultures. I have also worked as a flight attendant and completed an internship as a sales assistant, experiences that strengthened my communication, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.

I have completed a First Aid course. However, I do think that as an au-pair preventing unsafe situations and ensuring children’s wellbeing must be our main priority.

I am a practicing Muslim, I do not smoke, and I wear the hijab as part of my faith. I dress modestly and value kindness, respect, honesty, and family values. I am always happy to respect each family’s routines and parenting style while providing attentive, loving, and reliable care for their children.
