Formally in my Teaching Assistant role at Windhoek International School my successes stemmed from skill essentials including supporting the Homeroom Teacher by assisting her in teaching, daily and weekly lesson planning, assisting in classroom set-up and cleaning, supporting the children with special needs or disabilities and supervision during snack or lunch breaks and play sessions. We used mostly technology to teach the children the international curriculum. I also worked as a Relief Teacher in government curriculum setting at Khomasdal Primary school for a full year teaching various grades ranging from grade 1 to grade 7. I have advanced my collaboration abilities and cultivated a reputation as a major contributor through communication. I am a team player but I am able to work independently.
