I do have my own initiative and can notice easily what needs to be done. In case a certain task has do be done instead of postponing it I will do it instantly. When I have to arrange many things, I calculate how much time a room/bathroom/etc, takes in order to finish everything in time. If I am ready with a room I always double-check whether all the tasks have been done end everything looks 100% clean and shiny.
As I pay special attention to the details, I have a good visual memory in order to put back items to their original place.
