We are a family of 5, husband, wife, and 3 kids, baby girl – 10+ months old, girl 3+ years old, boy 9+ years old. We live in a smaller city named Karlovac in Croatia, Europe. Karlovac is family-friendly city, peaceful and secure, with not a lot of trafic, very clean, with many children parks and 4 beautiful clean rivers.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, trustworthy, warm hearted person that loves kids and is willing to really give them their true attention and time, to keep them save. While we are working and we are not present, we need to be sure to find a person that we can count on, a person that will give them enough warmth and patience firstly, for them to feel good and secure, to cook for them and for the entire family, to help kids with their daily duties, take them to their activities, and also when there is time to clean, wash and keep the house in order, all house keeping duties, but kids are first priority. You have to be fluent in English and perferably that you are experienced in taking care of babies or/and kids. Preferable experience is either as s staff in nursery, kindergartens or hospitals with handling with kids or/and babies. We look forward to kids loving person person, who will not refuse to learn some basic Croatian too, who will beside this job also do housekeeping job of cleaning, cooking and all other housekeeping while there is time for that, and that is willing to learn how to prepare meals from our cusine, that is mostly mediteranien/continental europen/Italian cusine cooking. And we are also looking forward to implement in our house some of your cusine tradition what we find delicius. We expect from you to be ready to follow our advice and instructions regarding the nutrition, bedtime, playtime, and educational activities of our children.
We travel as a family and we travel also for business matters when kids stays at home 24/7 with you. While family traveling, we expect from a person to travel with us and do the same things whereever we go. We have few trips per year that is fixed, plus non-fixed traveling that will be in plan as well. Some trips are every year the same, our summer holidays, when school is over, is expected to stay with our kids at our seaside place for approximate 2-3 months time (June, July, August) and we have our winter holidays, when we go to winter vacation for 1-2 weeks a family + nanny.
We offer a fixed payment of 700 EUR/MONTH/NET for a Full Time Live In or Live Out Nanny Housekeeper, with possibile up-grade due to the quality and provided. We cover other expenses such as accomodation, food and allowance. Live In will be necessary while we are busy away from home, and Live Out would be option mostly when we are home. Travelling includes Live In option.
