My name is Mercy and I am from Kenya. I am a caring, responsible, and patient childcare provider with over 6 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia, where I worked with children of different ages as well as provided support in caregiving environments.
During my experience, I have cared for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. My responsibilities included supervising daily routines, helping with homework, preparing meals and snacks, organizing educational and fun activities, supporting bedtime routines, and ensuring children’s safety and well-being at all times. I also have experience providing emotional support, encouraging positive behaviour, and helping children feel secure and confident in their environment.
In addition to childcare, I also have experience supporting elderly care, which has strengthened my patience, responsibility, and ability to care for people with different needs. I am calm, reliable, and able to handle situations with maturity and understanding.
I truly enjoy working with children because they are full of curiosity, energy, and joy. I love engaging them in creative activities such as reading, baking, playing games, outdoor activities, and learning support. I always aim to create a safe, warm, and positive environment where children feel happy and supported.
I am currently learning German and Spanish online, and I am very motivated to continue growing personally and professionally while experiencing new cultures.
