Hello!
My name is Tine, and I come from Denmark. I am nineteen years old, and I graduated from highschool this summer.
I have always been fascinated by norwegian culture and nature, and for that reason I think it would be a great experience for me to work in Norway before I further my education at university.
I have worked as a sales-assistant in a grocerystore for around four years. Working there made me want to maintain a service-minded, dedicated and most importantly, respectful way of being. I hope those values will be benefitial for working as an au pair. Working also taught me how to approach people of all ages!
I have also worked as a nanny over the summer which went well :)
I would say I have a lot of patience and I am able to stay calm in most situations. And then I have a strong wanting to better myself and make other people happy!
As for my personal interests, I love philosophy, books and movies and all sorts of creative practices. Everything from drawing to ceramics. I also love discussions of all sorts! I have grown up surrounded by nature in the countryside, so being outside is also a passion of mine.
Because of my upbringing in the countryside, I am also very used to all kinds of animals and will gladly help with that if needed.
As for language, I am comfortable speaking either danish or english, and I find it perfectly fine for you to speak norwegian, as I have conversated with a lot of norwegian customers while working. I will do my best to try and understand what you are saying!
I love being around children and helping out to the best of my ability, so I hope to be able to help you out in the near future! :)
