Job Description
1. **Child Tutoring & Academic Support:**
* Review daily school lessons and homework thoroughly.
* Provide focused academic support, reinforcing concepts and addressing difficulties.
* Develop and implement engaging study strategies to improve learning outcomes.
* Monitor academic progress and provide feedback.
2. **Childcare & Logistics:**
* Ensure punctual and safe transportation to/from school and activities.
* Provide attentive care and supervision for children.
* Foster a positive, supportive, and safe environment.
3. **Skill Development:**
* Design and facilitate activities to actively enhance children's athletic skills and physical fitness.
* Proactively work to elevate overall study skills, organization, and learning habits.
**Key Requirements:**
* Proven experience in childcare/tutoring.
* Strong understanding of elementary/middle school curriculum.
* Excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Ability to create fun, educational, and physically active experiences.
* Background in education or related field preferred.
* Commitment to children's holistic development (academic, physical, personal).
