English & Swahili — English is my primary language of instruction and communication, and I am highly proficient in written and spoken English. I also speak native Swahili, one of Africa's most widely spoken languages, and can offer introductory to intermediate Swahili lessons for children or adults interested in learning the language.
Technology & Computers — With an AWS Cloud Practitioner certification and a Software Engineering background from Moringa School, I am well equipped to introduce children and teens to computers, the internet, basic coding concepts, and digital literacy in a fun and accessible way. In today's world, technology skills are essential and I love making them approachable for young learners.
Chess — I am an avid chess player and believe strongly in chess as a tool for developing critical thinking, patience, focus, and strategic planning in children. I can teach beginners from the very basics all the way through to intermediate strategy and game analysis.
Drums & Music — I am a self-taught drummer with years of practice and performance experience. I can introduce students to rhythm, timing, basic drumming techniques, and music theory in a fun and encouraging environment. Music builds confidence and discipline in children and I love sharing that joy.
I am patient, encouraging, and adaptable — I meet every student where they are and build from there. I believe learning should be enjoyable and I work hard to make every session engaging, structured, and rewarding.
