Introduction
I graduated from university in July 2013. Just after I graduated,I worked with an American family as a caregiver and Chinese tutor for children for 5 months in Chengdu. The family has two lovely boys; one was five, and the other one was seven. I picked up the kids from school at noon, then I taught them Chinese one by one at home. Later we played Chinese games together.
After that, I worked in an international school in Chengdu as a Chinese teacher for 3-year-old Chinese children for about two years. My job was to teach children Mandarin in class and assist the American lead teacher in class.
From 2016 to 2020, I went to Tel Aviv, Israel. I worked as a Chinese nanny for three French boys living there. I took care of 3 boys, they were 5,7 and 8 years old. My job was sending them to school in the morning, picking them up after school, and cooking dinner for them. As the parents wanted them to continue to study and speak Mandarin. I spoke to the children in Mandarin every day,and I also taught them to write the Chinese characters and read them the Chinese stories. At the same time, I did some light housework such as doing laundry, sweeping the floor, going shopping, etc.
In March 2021, I worked as a Mandarin teacher in Singapore for a few months. In September, I went to Switzerland. I taught a European girl Mandarin for two and a half years. Her Chinese level improved quickly from 0 to HSK 3 after two years.
I came back to China last year. I did a part-time job, tutoring and accompanying a boy who went to our local international school. I helped him with his homework and accompanied him as a big sister. In December, I needed to have surgery on my eyes. So I rested for 3 months. At the same time, I prepared for the IELTS exam, and I got a score of 7 (C1). Now, I am looking for a job related to children's study and care.
In my free time, I like reading, resting at home, having a walk outside, having a coffee with friends, and going to church.
