My atypical and rich career path has made me very resourceful, autonomous, versatile and adaptable, both to different situations and to different social environments.

I have a deep love of human interaction: I'm naturally empathetic, respectful, open-minded and positive, and I'm quick to anticipate other people's needs.
After several years in architecture and interior design, which sharpened my eyes for aesthetics and attention to detail, I had a great experience in a luxury guest house:
In 2014, my parents and I created a guest house in Gordes, Le Mas de la Tannerie.
I worked there for several years at all levels: architecture and decoration of the place, then reception, service, breakfasts, cooking, cleaning of rooms, maintenance of exteriors and pool, communication, etc.
Life then brought me back to Paris for my daughter:
For 5 years, I worked as a personal assistant.
In my many missions, I took care of my employer's mother who suffered from Pakinson's disease and was diabetic.
This job brought together everything I hold dear: listening to others, creating harmony around myself and being proactive on a daily basis.
But life in Paris no longer suited me, so I left Paris in June 2023 to join my family in the South-West of France.
I now live in Guéthary on the Basque coast and work as a freelance for luxury concierge companies as a housekeeper and mainly as a home cook.
Cooking has been an integral part of my life since my early childhood.
It nourishes a fundamental value for me: love.
It's with this in mind that I design my cuisine, which is generous, gourmet, multicultural, intuitive and healthy.
I like to cook with local, seasonal products, adding a touch of exotic.
I'm very inspired by Asian and Mediterranean cuisine, or by chefs like Ottolenghi, but I can easily adapt to your taste!
I am also trained in holistic nutrition, which enables me, if necessary, to create lactose-free, gluten-free, low-GI menus for diabetics, etc...

I wish to continue my development in these service professions and create harmony around me.

I've been dreaming of living in Portugal for a long time, but I am open to any proposal, regardless of the country!
I'm available from June 2024 to start a new experience.
