I am a soft gentle person when it comes on to elderly people, I have been experienced from I was 12 years old. I've been taking care of my own grandma because she was bedridden she wasn't able to do anything for herself, and she had a raw wound below her navel and she had to use colostomy,so long story short I grew up and end up liking to be around the elderly people they teaches me a lot,they have a lot to say and they're very nice most of the time but I understand when you get older an can't do things for yourself it kind of make you miserable, so I have no problem dealing with them they will get upset I'll still be myself they will be miserable i will still be myself, because that's something that I have to deal with I had to bear in mind that they are not young anymore they're like a baby.so if I was to get this job for sure from who's to ever hiring me I am sure that you won't have a problem with me,I am good at what I do and I put out my very best in everything that I do after my grandma passed I've just started taking up jobs taking care of elderly people and I have been in the field from ever since so the reason for my employer to pick me is because I would adapt to my surrounding and I will ensure that everything is taken care of and there won't be a problem.
