Throughout my 3 years of experience as a caregiver, I have consistently delivered exceptional results both personal and organizational. Some highlights of my achievement include:
•         I have developed my skill by taking 3 clinical courses such as how to perform CPR, First Aide, labour care guide and chlorhexine baby cord application and currently doing understanding dementia by University of Tasmanian Finland.
•         I have managed 8 clients 3 times in a week 32 clients in a month 384 clients in a year during home visit providing palliative care.
•         I have screened and identified 7 elderly persons with T.B,13 with HIV/AIDS, and 4 with special psychology health needs (dementia) for the year 2023 and put them on treatment.
•         I have attended 14 workshops and training in different parts of the country and participated actively from the beginning of 2023 to enrich my knowledge and improve my skills.
•         I together with a team of 10, vaccinated 10000 persons against covid 19 virus in west mamprusi municipal every year from 2021,2022 and 2023 and was actively involved during the covid 19 outbreak which earn my municipality an award as best innovative municipality during covid 19 outbreak in Ghana.
In addition to my accomplishments, I possess a strong set of skills that are highly relevant to the role of a caregiver, these include:
 
 
•         Multitasking ability: Proficient in multitasking, I can do multiple duties at same time with accuracy.
•         Experience in palliative care.
•         Experience handling bed ridden patients.
•         Experience handling patients with mental illness, e.g. dementia etc.
•         Flexible: I can work in any shift and time, am easy to adjust to new rules and protocols    
•         Patient and friendly with elderly.
•         Excellent oral communication 
•         Punctual, compassionate and discipline.     
•         Team player and positive attitude.
•         Excellent documentation skills and good sense of humor
