I was born in Ukraine and lived in Houston most of my life, but traveled some around Europe and the States. I am skilled with tech, administrative/clerical work, and posses quite extensive personal assisting experience as well as multiple years caring for sick/recovering/disabled people of various ages (seniors, children above the age of 3). My most recent experience being a full- time caretaker for a complete quadriplegic man, has taught me a very disciplined and engaged approach to caregiving.
I am very patient and I truly go above and beyond when it comes to caring for someone who needs my help. Treating people with respect and dignity is how I operate in life.
I am enthusiastic, great with pets, love children, and I love to cook meals from vasious cultures—my style is Authentic Global Cuisine. I can get very creative and resourceful, or if need be just simple and diet-friendly with my recipes! I have lots of tricks to make kids eat veggies without them even suspecting any mischief :) Food is medicine!
I am also very energetic and bubbly, and have the ability to anticipate needs while being attentive to details. I love gardening and plants, and set up many simple kitchen herb gardens for those I know in an effort to promote healthy living.
In my experience, caring for the elderly and people with disabilities or injuries has been one the most rewarding endeavors in my life.
