This site is the best!! I've had great results because the amount of information you're able to share(multiple videos/photos/etc). I do have a suggestion; however, for families searching....hop to it. If you see a high quality nanny, don't wait! Write, call, follow up. I had a wonderful experience using GreatAuPair- I lived with two awesome families: one in Middle East (Dubai) and one From the U.S But living in Tanzania. I was cautious in finding families that were compatible with me and asked many questions before accepting the positions.
