This site is the best!! I've had great results because the amount of information you're able to share(multiple videos/photos/etc). I do have a suggestion; however, for families searching....hop to it. If you see a high quality nanny, don't wait! Write, call, follow up. Pausing for weeks on end will cause you to lose your favorite. Be decisive, be active, be thorough and you'll get a great nanny/caregiver if you put that effort in!
