Introduction
I recently completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Kinetics and Ergonomics at Rhodes University. My academic background has strengthened my understanding of people, how they are complex systems within a system and that it is always better to view people in a holistic manner.
Through my experience as an examination assistant for the Department of Education, I developed strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure while handling sensitive and confidential information. My roles as a mentor, tutor, and wellness leader required me to coordinate with individuals, and provide consistent support. I also gained practical experience assisting in structured environments, such as supporting physical education sessions for Grade 7 learners. In addition, I have completed a Level 3 First Aid certificate and a Level 5 Small Group Facilitation certificate.
I am someone who is adaptable and learns quickly. I am comfortable handling administrative tasks and I approach my work with a willingness to continuously improve.
