Being an HR Officer as my first job in Food Corporation as may say that it's thrilling and overwhelming because I learned a lot and no one even taught me how I must do the job I did a lot of trial and error before my job or task to be approved by my supervisor. But I'm thankful about it because at the very end I learned so many things and I overcome all of it. And this past 2 years I worked as an Private Totur to an Autism child I did not only taught the child I also take care of him as one of in house tutor I'm like also the Nanny of the child because I do everything to him like his mother. It's challenging to me because I don't have any experienced in teaching or how to take care the child with special needs. I did a lot of reading and study about his case so I can understand and I can take care of him. I attended also all of his appointment to know more so I can do a good job but I must say it already not a job to me because I already care for the child like one of my family. All of this my experienced I'm still seeking for more knowledge and learn more different things even though it's not align with my profession. So I'm taking chances to apply as an Personal Assistant even though I don't have any work experience about it. But I know the basic duties and responsibilities of being a Personal Assistant. And knowing there will be disadvantages of having no experienced for it but there's always a way to learn things and proper teaching what must do and what to do.


Having a lot of experienced in the said job is not always fit to be the best for it.

Having no knowledge for the job does not mean you will not do good or will be fit on it.


Please try to take risk on me if I will be fit or not even though there's 50% chance of failing not to do the job at best but there's still the other half of the probability that I can do what I must.
