I have been working in the customer service industry for 7 years. I have been in sales, banking, and BPOs. I have also done administrative work during in my first office job as part of the sales team as the CSR, then got promoted to a bigger role where I handled my own group and did most paperworks. I have worked with 2 BPO companies and I would say it is my forte. I am more comfortable to interacting with people , helping out, specially when it's done non-verbally. I also did banking as a teller for 3 years, where my CSR skills were put into much use.

Overall, I am very adaptive of every situation and environment, I like to keep things simple but organized for better access. And I like challenges.
