Introduction

I have no experience in Personal Assistant position. However, here are some of my job experiences.
From 2021 until now, I have been a Recruitment Assistant for a French Technical Assistance company. My tasks are: looking for skilled people (headhunting, sourcing), contacting them for quick interviews, contacting their references for checking their technical competences and relationships with the teams, formatting their CVs, managing the company database.
From 2019 – 2020, I was Management Assistant for a French Food and Beverage company. My tasks were: Training employees on their missions, supervising their work, calculating employees’ commissions and salaries, contacting clients, updating address books.
From 2007 – 2020, I was an English Teacher and Interpreter-cum-Translator as self-employed and for some schools.
From 2016 – 2019, I was a Bilingual Telesecretary (English, French) for a Mauritian Outsourcing Gestphone. As tasks, I made and received calls and sent e-mails. I also managed and organized Doctors’ schedules (our main clients)
In 2013 – 2017 I was an Intermittent Interpreter-cum-Translator and Social Secretary to the Ambassador at the Embassy of India here Antananarivo. My tasks included: managing and organizing the Ambassador's schedule; meetings, visits, events, etc., answering the phone and making a call, translating administrative or non-administrative letters, interpreting (Malagasy, English, French), summarizing and translating newspapers.
From 2015 – 2016, I had a Work Placement on the Administration, Public Finance at the Ministry of Finance and Budget here in Antananarivo. I learned and practiced about Public Expenses, Budgetary Execution, Public Contracts.
In 2014, after getting my Bachelor’s degree in Management of Enterprise and Banking, option Finance and Accountancy, I had a Work Placement on Accounting Organization in a company at an Industrial Company; Purchase and sales flow, entries, classification, bank reconciliation. I also was recruited as Personnel Officer, Human Resources at the same company. I did Hiring and firing process, I tracked attendance and leave of employees, I drew up the contract and the dismissal letters as well as the minutes, I made the calculation of salaries, taxes and social security contributions.
About trainings, in 2014, I got my Bachelor’s degree in Management of Enterprise and Banking, option Finance and Accountancy.
In 2006, I got my Master Degree in Food Processing Industry.
And in 1998, my Diploma of The Secondary Education Baccalaureate.
I also attended other trainings such as the YALI Regional Leadership Center Southern Africa Programme in Pretoria, South Africa, through which I got the Certificate of Completion of The Leadership Programme.
In 2013, the Training Course in Software Technology at CMC Academy, New Delhi, India. I got the Advanced Software Certificate.
In 2009, the English Language Training at CNELA Antananarivo and got the Advanced Certificate in General English.
In 2005 -2009, the American English Language Training at the American English Language Center, National Gendarmerie Antananarivo and got the Advanced Certificate with outstanding distinction in General English.
