Unable to work with verbally abusive people and those who say insulting and very critical words that tear down a person when they are angry. Being a housekeeper is already a humbling job and I have a gentle and soft spirit that can not take condescending conversations. Unfortunately I am not a person who is unable to not feel hurt with strong insulting threatening harsh words. I know some people can deal with it like hearing it from one ear and letting it pass out to the other ear.
