My name is Galuh, An experienced Personal Assistant and Business Coordinator with a proven track record of supporting C-level executives and managing personal and business tasks across multiple countries. I bring over 5 years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, market research, and international travel coordination, working effectively with hybrid and remote teams.

I have extensive experience handling complex documentation and governmental applications, including visas, EU permanent residency applications, USA B1/B2 visas, Canada open work permits, China home return permits, APEC business travel cards, Hong Kong international driving permits, and Hong Kong personal particulars applications. Further, I’ve coordinated with vendors for audits and tax filings, including the USA B-12 survey, and I am proficient in organizing financial systems using QuickBooks and Xero for both personal and business purposes.


I also manage sensitive financial matters for executives, including handling bank accounts, credit card payments, and overseeing personal and business transactions. I’ve been entrusted with confidential financial information and manage expense tracking, reimbursements, and payment approvals with a high level of discretion, accuracy, and trustworthiness. My ability to manage these sensitive tasks independently reflects my integrity, reliability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of my work.


Additionally, I have over six years of experience as a home school teacher, tutor, and shadow teacher for Indonesian and international students, I enjoy helping children with homework, preparing for assessments and math/science competitions, and assisting them in online learning during the pandemic.
I’m based in Indonesia, but I’ve traveled extensively and lived in several countries, including the UAE for a year and the Netherlands for 10 months. While I hold an Indonesian passport, I use it frequently to travel internationally for both personal and work purposes. I also hold a USA B1/B2 visa, giving me the flexibility to support employers with global travel arrangements and on-site support when needed.
