A young and promising hardworking person, easy going, love to meet and learn from people in order
to horn my skills, a good team player, trust worthy, task initiative, committed, result oriented
irrespective of the job been trained for and given, ability to think and thrive under pressure on urgent
demanding task. I am more passionate about my work and I love what I do. I have a steady source of
motivation that drives me to do my best always. I find this increases efficiency and also helps others to
achieve their target before deadlines. I have eventually been promoted to a leadership role in almost
every job because of this. I find co-workers usually come to me with questions, challenges and
concerns even when I am not in a leadership role because if I do not have any idea, what to say or
what to do, I will at least point them in the right direction. In my previous job, I was promoted to
leadership positions after a year.
Also, I take pride in myself on making sure people have the right information because it drives better
results. Most business issues stem from poor communication or misinterpretation, so I feel a
responsibility to keep everyone on the same page.
