Ciao! We are an American family of 4 who recently moved to Lucca to spend a year (maybe more) having an unforgettable family experience, we are also Italian citizens. We are looking for a caregiver partner, someone who is reliable and responsible and has a great sense of creativity and playfulness. We hope to find someone who truly enjoys spending time with our kids and isn't just looking for a job, but someone who genuinely wants to integrate with our family and help care for our children. There is the possibility of occasional travel, all of which will be covered, but mostly we need regularly weekly and some weekend care. We hope to find someone who is responsible and energetic, someone who is trained in emergency cpr/choking and who understands the responsibility of taking care of young children while also having a lot of fun! Our kids have a great sense of adventure, they are energetic and playful and love to be creative and explore. As a family we love to ride bikes, find playgrounds, travel and we enjoy conversation and fun. Rules for our house are fairly simple, we eat at the table, bathe daily, have bedtimes, read book, don't wear shoes in the house and treat each other - and everyone we meet - with respect. We are laid back but have expectations for the person who is caring for our children, we are flexible but are looking for reliability. We are happy to connect you with previous nannies that we had in the States, everyone we have worked with has LOVED being a part of our family and we hope you will too!

We are looking for a reliable and responsible nanny to semi-regularly care for our children, ages 3 & 6. We are not looking for someone to simply watch them, but rather someone committed to nurturing children and someone who has a love of creativity and adventure.
