Family's Introduction to Nanny
Dear candidate, ideally we are looking for someone long term, if the chemistry is right. We want to start with first few months getting to know each other, and then probably move in with us if it fits everyone. The main things for us are your relationship with our daughter, teaching her new things, ability to accept feedback and adjust, and simply if we all feel good in one space. We are happy to negotiate and adjust something to your needs as well.
Job Description
We are Jewish-Russian family moving to Finland from Czechia in December. Our daughter needs additional care as we are starting at new full-time jobs. She's generally a very serious bun and can be stubborn, but also playful, silly, and tender. Loves to go to a playground, seeing and trying new things, doesn't stay still for long. She weighs 12 kilos and doesn't walk yet, so you should enough strength and health to carry her around. We have a big dog (husky). We both speak Russian and English, she doesn't yet.
