Hello!I'm Elin and I'm 20 years old. I currently live in France as an au pair, it’s my first au pair experience but I absolutely love it. I get a long great with the family and with the kids while I also get to learn a third language. The language aspect is partially why I wanted to become an Au Pair and also why I want to continue. I want to learn languages and I like to see what it's like to live in another country, and I think the best way to do that is with another family.
I have three younger siblings. They're 4, 8 and 11 years younger than me, and I've always cared for them and babysat them. I spend a lot of time with my siblings and younger cousins as I love kids. A few years ago I had an internship at a kindergarten and I really enjoyed it. I also wanted to become an Au Pair because I'd like to be a role model to kids and help make their days as good as they can be while also contributing to making them good people. I’ve realized during my first stay here that it’s very fulfilling helping kids make great memories they’ll remember a long time!
I graduated last fall, and in the future I want to study political science and work within UN to help people who live in poor conditions. It's a very international job and the more languages the better. I also think other cultures are fascinating and would love to see more of them.
