My name is Gema and I am a primary school teacher specialized in English with more than 15 years of teaching experience in Spain.
I currently work at a primary school as a tutor teacher, supporting children both academically and personally in their daily development. I also spent one year teaching in London and worked as a nanny in Wimbledon, where I obtained the Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the United Kingdom.
I am a very active, energetic, and sporty person. I really enjoy spending time with children, helping them learn, and creating a warm, safe, and happy environment where they can feel comfortable and supported. I am a non-smoker.
I am currently looking for a host family for July and August, as I would love the opportunity to experience a new culture, discover new places, and enjoy a meaningful cultural exchange. I am especially interested in improving my German during my stay.
I would describe myself as responsible, caring, patient, organized, flexible, and adaptable. In my free time, I enjoy sports, reading, travelling, and spending time outdoors. Thanks to my professional background and childcare experience, I can offer not only reliable care but also support with English learning in a natural and enjoyable way.
