I have several years of professional experience in customer service, sales, admissions, and client support, where I developed strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, and the ability to stay organized in fast-paced environments. Working closely with people from different backgrounds has taught me the importance of empathy, respect, professionalism, and building positive relationships.

In addition to my professional experience, I have hands-on childcare experience through caring for my nieces and nephews of different ages. I have helped with their daily routines, prepared simple meals, assisted with homework when needed, played educational and fun activities, and made sure they were always safe, happy, and well cared for. Looking after them has strengthened my sense of responsibility and shown me how rewarding it is to help children learn and grow in a loving environment.
