Dear host family
Hello my name is Teresia but my friends call me Tess. I am a 26years old girl living in Nairobi the capital city of kenya. I am open-minded hardworking, dedicated, trustworthy, easy going patient, helpful and a responsible person. I love taking care of kids and their health, safety happiness are the most important thing to me. I come from a small family being the second child and also the last one. I am part of a close family and as a result my close circle of friends is often viewed as 'family'. I cherish and value my friendships choosing to surround myself with loyal and fun people. I graduated in 2020 with a Diploma in purchasing and supplies. I love travelling, learning new languages and diffrent cultures, meeting new people and making memories. My very calm, collected patient and quick learning always comes in handy when dealing with challenging situations. I would describe my strength as an Aupair as the ability to bond really well with kids and also blending in very easily as a result being able to be their mentor in diffrent aspects of life also be like their big sister and the ability to learn from my mistakes. On the other hand i would describe my weakness as an Aupair is that i have a hard time letting go on something or someone because i get too attached to children especially and becomes emotionally hard to detach from them. I am searching for a host family that would be happy to have me as part of the family, be kind, welcoming and who are willing to learn new culture and language. I am looking for a stay with my host family 1 year or more depending on the connection formed with the family.
