My name is Rasa, and I am a caring, responsible, and patient childcare provider with more than five years of experience working with children of different ages, especially toddlers and young children. I truly enjoy spending time with children and supporting their growth in a safe, positive, and loving environment.

Over the years, I have gained experience in many settings. I helped raise my younger brother, which taught me responsibility, patience, and how to care for a child’s daily needs. I also worked for two years in a summer camp, where I supervised groups of children, organized games and activities, ensured their safety, and helped create a fun and structured day. In addition, I have provided occasional babysitting for families visiting Lucca on holiday, adapting quickly to new routines and making children feel comfortable in a new environment. I also cared for a little boy for two years, from the age of two until four, supporting him through important stages of development, including learning through play, building independence, and following daily routines.

I believe that every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and encouraged. I am a calm and attentive person, and I take time to get to know each child’s personality, interests, and needs. I enjoy playing, reading, doing creative activities, and spending time outdoors when possible. I also understand the importance of structure, so I respect routines such as meals, naps, and bedtime to help children feel secure and relaxed.

Families can count on me to be reliable, respectful, and caring. I communicate openly with parents and always do my best to follow their wishes and parenting style. My goal is not only to look after children, but also to be a positive and supportive presence in their daily lives.
