Since childhood, I have been used to helping take care of my younger siblings when my parents were at work, such as reminding them to eat, bathe, and do homework. I also enjoy helping with housework like cleaning, cooking, and laundry.
After finishing high school, I worked as an intern teacher in an elementary school. There, I had many opportunities to care for and teach children through studying, singing, and playing together. I even taught some of them how to ride a bicycle. These experiences helped me develop patience, responsibility, and creativity when spending time with kids.
I would love to become an au pair because I truly enjoy being with children and I am excited to learn about new cultures, languages, and traditions. I speak English and a little German, and I am also interested in improving my skills while sharing my own culture with your family. I am flexible with time and can help not only with childcare but also with light household chores and cooking for the family.
