Introduction
Hi, My name is Carmen, i'm from Ecuador. and I am a hardworking person. I live with my mother and have a very close relationship with my family. I do not have a driver’s license yet, but I am currently in the process of obtaining one, and I am willing to take a first aid course if the position requires it. I would like to work as a nanny or as a companion and helper for elderly people because I want to experience living abroad and learn about a new culture in a familiar and close environment. I love nature, I can cook, I adore animals, and I adapt easily to new surroundings.
Although I have not previously worked as a nanny or caregiver, I have extensive experience caring for children and elderly people. I have taken care of my two nephews for several years, the visually impaired son of a friend of my mother—whom I also supported as a shadow tutor during his school adaptation—and my grandmother until the end of her life. These experiences have taught me patience, empathy, and responsibility. I am an attentive, understanding person with a calm personality, and I would love the opportunity to become part of a family where we can learn from and support one another.
